Memories...After a work accident and on a pension as a single dad with no money,I went in a $22 poker game online, won $4000.Went in another few weeks later ,won $30000.So took son on round world trip.Had been telling everyone Efficient would win Melbourne Cup after his 2006 Derby win.Was 2nd day of our trip,in Bangkok hotel foyer with loads of Aussies who all had their $10 and $20 on favs.I had $270 each way at between 40 and 60 to 1 and 125 ew tote.Wow ,what a trip it was then.Efficient will never be forgotten by my son and I,what a horse, what a holiday.TY..P.S.I am now and have always been a $5 a bet punter,$10 if on a roll,so this was huge for me,biggest ever bets. The only time I have had over $10 since was when he won at 30 to 1 in the Turnbull,I think the race was.I had saved $10 a fortnight all winter and had $65ew on him in that race too.TY again Efficient.
