Predicted on the Mayan Calendar
[edit]As cheesey as it sounds the Mayan Calendar says that between last november and this november we will witness an economical transformation, specifically within our monetary system, and perhaps eliminating it all together. Yes, the same calendar that ends in 2011 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.59.226.106 (talk) 18:17, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
- I thought that the a major cycle on the Mayan calender ends on December 21, 2012, not in 2011, that gives us a whole extra year before the end of the world as we know it ;) --Sparky1 (talk) 09:46, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- Patent nonsense. A cycle on the Mayan calendar ends - it just so happens that everyone with a tinfoil beanie thinks the world ends at the same time. --Brian McNeil / talk 09:48, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
Maybe the Mayans were just going to fill that in later. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.162.17.132 (talk) 14:50, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
IMO
[edit]This is just a report to calm down the public so they don't cause TOO much panic or cause a riot. I mean, most of the might feel relief that the leaders of the worlds came together to work together.
But, can they really? Can they really agree on other's opinion? Or will they care too much about their own country and disagree? Only time will show. -Sidorvich (talk)
Surely they can't afford to do nothing about this problem... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.116.55.2 (talk) 03:53, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
