Im sorry but i really dont get the point you are trying to make here. This issue is about the risk Mehdi Kazemi faces if he returns to Iran and his appeal to the British Government for protection, not about their relationship or their sexuality.

The point surely is that to execute another human for their sexual orientation is unacceptable and therefore news worthy. Without creating awareness about the fate of these young gay men and women, nothing will change and this sort of injustice will prevail. Mehdi Kazemi, in this case is at certain risk of the same fate if he returns to Iran.

According to Amnesty International since 1990, the government of Iran has executed 21 minors under the age of 18. At least 25 more are facing ...... Apr 29, 2007.
