I understand the desire to work in a safe environment (read: one without asbestos in it.) but the levels have been deemed safe, and what they're doing is unfair to the safety of the other groups working in the prison, ie. the kitchen staff, administrative staff, and even the prisoners. The levels have been deemed safe, and the action seems a bit drastic.
