We claim to have seen the image of a galaxy only 1 billion years old when it radiated its light - it supposedly formed in only one quarter of the age of our earth. Soon, we will be announcing the discovery of a galaxy which formed 1 billion years before the big bang. According to redshift measurements, some stars are thought to have existed 15 odd billion years ago - way before the big bang? When will this rickety astronomers' house of cards collapse? Most of the universe consists of black matter which, by definition, cannot be detected - please !! How can serious scientists cling so desperately to their epicycles! Let us ask for a major astronomical science sponsorship or bursary, which expressly forbids to build on current mainstream astrophysics! Maybe a fresh breeze can then blow away the cobwebs of creaking dinosaurs. --41.26.163.220 (talk) 19:19, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
