Wow I'm shocked at that number.--KDP3 (talk) 18:44, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
Stuff like this is what makes me very cynical of anything the government does. Fephisto (talk) 16:11, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
Be grateful to God for the liberty and freedom we have in the USA
[edit]The genocide of the 20th century is staggering. It is incredible from the nazis in Germany, Stalin in Russia, Idi Amin in Africa, Pol Pot in Cambodia, the Serbs & Croations in Bosnia,to Saddam's atrocities in Iraq, now we find out about 30,000 in Argentina in the 70's and 80's! Man's inhumanity to man surpasses any rationality.
All these murders were to secure political power and crush dissent for one regime and tyrant after another.
The Democratic American political system of government is not something we are forcing on countries. Rather it is liberation. It is the proclamation that liberty and freedom under democracy leads to a much better life. PerryO206.24.48.1 19:27, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- But if the 'liberation' saves 100 lives a month and kills 600 per day that is not a good thing. Anonymous101talk 16:01, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
