I know I'm being naive here, but really, how much would it really hurt to grant independence? Fephisto (talk) 11:25, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

LTTE is down but not destroyed..[edit]

Srilankan Government clearly having an upper hand, but still events like these indicate the Tamil Front(Tigers) are not completely demoralised or dejected on losing territory. And they are giving the International Community and Lankan Army an indication that they are still in picture. GoSL has to hold its whipstick and sit down with LTTE to put a full stop to this 3 decade long civil war politically. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 139.149.1.231 (talk) 14:49, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
