WOW! Where's Dana Carvey when we need him?[1] Folks like these god-aholic religious zombies depicted in this story are walking comedy material... welfare for the likes of Michael Moore, Bill Maher, Jon Stewart and the future President of the United States - Stephen Colbert (2012)! ; - ) Oh and btw, Coco[2] sits on the sidelines as well; a spectator 'till November but something tells me he's gushing jokes for the future based on these type incidents that will make BP's Gulf of Mexico, Deep Water/Macondo disaster well[3] look like a Death Valley mirage.

In all honesty folks, this is why I think religion needs to be taxed in the U.S. This current example of on-going "religious" nonsense falsely labeled "protest" is in direct conflict with Constitutional rights (and Bill of Rights) to free assembly (associated with congressional activity originally but not restricted to such)[4]. Oh and btw, speaking for myself, music is more a religion than this particular group of irrational and misguided souls known as Westboro Baptist Church. These continued intrusions by such "religious organizations" into political and social activities in the U.S. has caused increasing damage and costs to our already over whelmed infrastructures of safety and security budgets - not to mention the infringement of a legal business activity (for which I certainly wish just ONE good lawyer would emerge to press this point in a Civil Court). In this particular situation, there is not one shred of purpose or gain for the general good of society and is therefore nothing more than a lame (and no cost) advertisement for this organization to grow its ranks of ill advised, knee jerk, knuckle dragging alarmists who will be long gone when an actual need arises (floods, earthquakes, tornados, etc.). If religion wants the State to stay out of its business then perhaps the Church should stay out of State business - or ante up the costs like all the taxpaying members of this society!

Respect for Gaga increasing. She doesn't stupidly parrot RIAA propaganda, in a matter of fact denounces the bad deals that labels give artists. Now she tells people to ignore WBC. Win after win.

What nobody yet seems to have noticed is the abject blasphemy of the words "God hates". What better proof of hypocrisy do you need?

Just some errors- firstly, I do not believe that WBC is "protecting outside the venue." I think they're protesting, so that could use attention. Secondly, the author says that Gaga tells her "fan" things- in this usage it should be fans as there are probably more than one. Nicely put together otherwise.

She has more than one? O.O I'm just kidding, I like Lady Gaga.

...I'm always surprised she has them. Also, why are the protesting outside her concerts? Nobody going is going to care, but I suppose they want publicity. They could tag-team Miley Cyrus concerts too, I'm sure the WBC doesn't like her either.
