The Big Bang Theory

There was an entire episode of The Big Bang Theory where Howard Wolowitz was going to the ISS. They were holding the launch for a problem "9 times out of 10 not a problem" ... "and the 1 time out of 10" ... "Problem". Millions of parts built by the lowest bidder in Russia.
