There is a saying, that says Les vieillards meurent parce qu'ils ne sont plus aimés, which mean the old ones dies because they are no more loved. I think Gen. Lassana Conte was not only a president to his country, but also a good soldier, and his untimely death in Guinea leaves a great vacuum, not only in his native land, but in all of West Africa, indeed, throughout the continent. All finishes so that all recommences. Let his so called subordinates as he calls them get a new head and lets move ahead —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 41.223.64.82 (talk • contribs)
Bad news
[edit]Military coup? Suspending the constitution? I feel bad for the people there...hopefully they get some outside help or something happens in their favor. --Poisonous (talk) 17:44, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
- same here; I wish the West did more for Africa and 3rd world nations.--KDP3 (talk) 02:33, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
