North Korea and their hedonistic attitude[edit]

North Korea`s announcement of not being able to guarantee passenger safety of civilian aircraft over their airspace, seems to push us back into the WW II era. This pans for an all out isolation of the country, affecting its citizens greatly. This seems to be the precursor for an all out war in the region, where each country watches every move of the other and is just waiting to retaliate. They anticipate an attack against them by the their neighbors and USA, which seems unlikely at this point in time. With hostile developments occurring all around Asia, we will just have to wait and see what will trigger the final move.

I think you should look up 'hedonistic' in a dictionary, it is either stupidity or ignorance to call North Korea's posturing such. Perhaps you would do better with belligerent - better check that in a dictionary too. --Brian McNeil / talk 12:25, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
Maybe s/he's suggesting that ol'Kim Jong-il is a masochist and a sadist, and so for him this is a hedonistic action? Hehehe. Interpretative reading is fun. You can make the sentences mean whatever you want them to mean! Gopher65talk 14:40, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

North Korean threats to Airliners and new space program! Bravo...[edit]

Well basically to sum this up, the North Korean government has warned any airliners that pass through there air space are no longer "safe". Many airliners such as Singapore airlines and several other Asain airliners that pass through North Korean air spaces are no longer safe. This also comes with their new space program, in which they hope to launch a sattelite! I believe the North Korean government should make a certain zone in which airliners can pass, BUT, If it is breached I also believe several warnings and fighter jets should attempt to "Turn" the plane in the right direction.

Are you serious...[edit]

So now North Korea has it's head so far up its ass that he thinks that people in a commerical airplane is going to steal their faulty third world bullcrap technology that is somehow going to pose a threat. How they contain nuclear devices still and not destroy the shithole they call "home" is to this day still amazing to me. But in all out seriousness, they think that some Canadian airplane is going to take recon pictures or something, what's next, they gonna be censored out on Google Earth or something? Its all ridiculous and knowing how the world economy and politics are going, they are probably going to be absorbed into China as they take a bite out of eastern Asia to allow for their population to disperse better. But until then, North Korea can go shove its head up its butt until it finds that leftover take out it ate last week and the no commerical airliner can fly in peace over the pissed off North Korea. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 168.169.62.146 (talk) 18:55, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
