Family and Community[edit]

This reminds me of the Australian Capital Territory's "Family and Community Day" that they initiated last year, to fall on the first Tuesday in November. Unfortunately, the drop in productivity caused by everyone taking the Monday off meant that it's unlikely to become an annual holiday.
