Everybody's to blame.[edit]
This tragedy should have been prevented if the Philippine Coast Guard didn't allow the ship to sail. They should have warn all the vessels not to sail since this is a strong typhoon. Sulpicio should have a sort of back-up communication system to use especially in these kind of cases. Storyline about the blameful tragedy[edit]
1.It was June 21 2008,when the Supperferry,and Negros Navigation cancelled the trip to Cebu because of typhoon Frank. 2.June 22 2008,when the MV Princess of the Stars left the port.In the afternoon,the tragedy happened. 3.The big waves carried the survivors to the islands near the place where the tragedy happened.
