WHAT CAN WE DO?[edit]

Knowing who is guilty for passing nuclear technology represent some historical interest. But knowing the answer to the following questions is crucial. What exactly has been passed to those countries? What kind of harm can those countries provoque to the rest of the world? How can we deal with these new threaths? What shall we do in the future to prevent such actions? The answer isn't really that simple. Ones has to think carefully twice before taking any action and be prepared for a soaring international instability. We probably shall have to take advantage of the latter in order to help for the overtrowing of non democratic governments. A kind of instability, well focused on certain regions of the world and well framed by our demotratic world could really help. In the long run, controlled and acompanied instability can prove coherent and profitable. Let's think about long term future and act like prelates seeking a good solution in order to save their world.
