Yes, this judge got the rule right: gay people have every right under the 5th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution to be just as miserable as straights. Ironically, however, the judge upheld the state's long-held ban on gay divorce. 68.230.22.231 (talk) 21:06, 24 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
