I have heard the crash was belived to be caused by bad weather

Travelling was once care free, booking your holiday flights, and accomodation. Now it has become worrying, with so many plane crashes in one year. Whose fault is it that many thousands of people die because of unforseen circumstances. I have noticed time and time again that whenever a something goes wrong no one wants to take the blame for it, authorities pass the blame on to others and pilots pass the blame to the manufactures and the manufacture to the engineer. Something has to be done. Imagine youself in a plane and the pilot announcing to brace yourself as there is a technical fault. Scary isn't it.
Where were the Sudanese authorities and why weren't the flames put out immediately. As always they were slow to act and the result being unnecessary deaths. The plane was taxing and there was plenty of time to forsee what was going to happen. - The flame fireballed uncontrolably because jet fuel is almost impossible to extuiguish quickly. There was no time for witnesses to alert fire trucks and no way for pilots to know. Also, the roads where you are - even someplace 'safe' like the States - are more dangerous than almost any airline, as a percentage of users that get caught in an accident. No-one ever takes blame and only stupid people asert blame unless it is very obvious untill the final report is released by the relevant investigatory body, the exception being victims, who kinda have a right to be upset.
