Should Megrahi have been released?

[edit]

I think that he made his bed, and now he has to sleep in it. You shouldnt get special treatment at the end of your life after taking the lives of so many others. If history has taught us (and terrorists) anything it should be that you DO NOT mess with the Scots. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.91.59.226 (talk) 04:27, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Being sick doesn't make a man any less guilty or innocent. Should have no bearing on his criminal proceedings. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.160.174.202 (talk) 06:39, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

He should be pardoned as well! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.146.143.166 (talk) 14:54, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

He should have been able to get treatment for his cancer. I think its against his rights to be refuse treatment for cancer. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.81.203.199 (talk) 14:28, 18 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
