Asian Carp

[edit]

Why would they oppose closing a couple canals and lose some money when the Asian carp hit the great lakes we could lose billions a year. How and when did they connect the Missasippy river to lake Michigan. That was a stupid thing to do. All for money its sad considering the damage it will cause the Carp will make it there some day as long as the cannals are there. Also why dont they start putting up electric barriers and start killing the carp in the sectons in between . So many evasive species already in the Great Lakes will we ever learn. Where are the FEDS. This is just my thoughts on it 74.198.28.64 (talk) 08:07, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
