Can't we test?[edit]

Many school systems have a competency test at the end of the school year to pass on to the next grade, plus there are SAT's and PSAT tests given routinely. Since this is such a pevasive problem with no apparent symtoms, why not include a psycological quiz buried in the tests that could reveal any abnormal, psycopathic tendancies before they act out and kill folks. Kind of like we vacinate everybody against polio whether they need it or not. PerryO206.24.48.1 22:12, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
