The article conveniently omits the fact that the perpetrator was a Kosovo Albanian immigrant, Ibrahim Shukpoli. Ah, the irony - a wonderful New Year present for Mr Ahtisaari and all people of Finland, specifically for their great personal contributions to creating a radical Islamic terrorist and criminal haven free independent Kosovar state!
I don't think a person going crazy as a lot to do with Kosovo indipendence. Moreover Shukpoli started shooting after discovering his former girlfriend had a lover so i really don't see where terrorism is. And Kosovo as always been a criminal haven even when it was still under Serbia.
