First album

"They released, in 1996, their first album, which sold over a million copies worldwide." should read: "They released, in 1999, their first studio album, which sold over a million copies worldwide." Sources:

In 1996, Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. was released, and was limited to 1,000 copies. If there is 1,000 copies of something, it's impossible to sell 1,000,000 copies if it's only been printed 1,000 times... Sources:

Everyone's dying!

Why is everyone dying?!?! Dio. and now Paul Gray!! Horns will be raised in your honor.

I hope the next ones are the Jonas Brothers or Miley Cyrus. -Carnifex

I'd far rather they petered out gradually and died at least a decade away. If Cyrus died tonight, we'd have to suffer days of news coverage followed by a heavily publicised tribute week. She'd still be going fuck knows how many years away.

Sudden deaths are better spent on politicians.

Well it'll only be about a couple of months of coverage if they did. Michael Jackson was a few months before everyone realised they didn't listen to his music before he died and just because he died it didn't make his music any beter. -Carnifex

"only be about a couple of months" - you're damn brave. I salute you. \m/

Its better than hearing years of coverage of Miley Cyrus living.
