- No, it's not just you, it's the media. The number of Earthquakes so far this year is normal. In fact, 6.3 quakes are really rather small and since this was really deep I would be surprised if there was any more damage than a few unsecured things falling off shelves. 24.5.16.75 (talk) 01:37, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
- I think that often, the proximity of earthquakes to heavily populated areas affects how heavily discussed they are.
