is it illegal to be antisocial? or is that just policy?..??"?

I can see both sides of the issue here. Perhaps it is time train operators created footstools for passengers and anyone found sitting on them will also get taken to court?

Illiegality and over the mark[edit]

I fail to see how this can even be illegal and even just trying to prosecute these hundreds of people is stepping over the mark. A pure and simple warning or we will ban you from travelling for a few days - a week of whatever would suffice.

I would hate to see what they did with those who put gum underneath the chairs, etc! --Nzgabriel | Talk 09:32, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

that was stupid

lol[edit]

It's pretty funny.. just like boys saying don't make a mess & don't ever clean.. cuz in-fact British people just never clean anything. Nyarlathotep 17:15, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You do realise that's a racist comment? --Brian McNeil / talk 18:30, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rediculous[edit]

Rather than paying lawyers to take these people to court, why not use that money to hire people to clean the seats... or better yet, move the seats further away so people can actually be comfortable without putting their feet on the seats!
