Governments and war

In my oppinion, governments are really nothing more than street gangs fighting turf wars. They steal our money for their own gain and to keep their wars going. They just have a lot more money. Yet another comparison, is that they will give up their own people to protect themselves. They will stop at nothing to protect thier way of lives.

Just think for a moment how much it costs to fight a war. And the middle east has been at war with itself for thousands of years. Just imagine how much better off they would be if they hadn't been fighting for that long. Just a thought. And as for us. Does anybody realize how many wars we have been in in the last 20 years? The last 100 years?

Then there is oppression. But I will save that for another conversation.

Peace!!
