Sounds exciting. I hope the Library of Congress will archive all of the other important stuff floating around the internet. Perhaps they'll even archive Wikipedia articles!
Seems somewhat like a duplication of http://archive.org (OTOH, i'd trust Library of congress more than archive.org)
