This News article is terribly biased and does not take into account the stated malicious reasons that Mr Whatley drove away after running a policeman over.

That's not strictly true; he was found not guilty of failing to stop after an accident. Therefore, Carter-Fuck may have something to say about your comment were the man in question to contact them. There are no "stated malicious reasons;" the sources have not said anything about reasons other than the one given by the driver.

However, I am in agreement that the article should mention the allegation he struck the officer. I'll add it and in a while someone will give verification of the fact and approve the change.
