Is Mugabee not still President of Zimbabwe? Or is this a sarcastic jab at the fact that he didn't technically win the last election?

In South Africa none of the comments concerning the above are published in either the radio, newspapers or television. We too have censorhip looming with the ANC Information bill soon the become law in spite of much protest from the oppositiopn parties and the public.
