Live news feed from Reuters has pictures of the landslide. I pulled from Reuters and the joint Manila Times / ABN website for the report. There are plenty of pictures and video, but I am unsure to what level I can add or use them under Fair Use. Some background, Leyte and logging[edit]
There have been several devastating mudslides in Leyte over the years, and the soil destabilization from logging (legal and illegal) has been alleged (and denied), moratoria called for (and ignored). There is much more news here than we are reporting at the moment, just Google "Leyte Logging Mudslide". Categories should also be updated accordingly.
