Ralph Klein's joke was pretty funny and clever. It made a lot of sense to me. He is right about Stronach. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by FellowWikiNews (talkcontribs) 23:20, 12 November 2006

Agreed. P.S. I went to the Rick Mercer Report website and saw the Peter MacKay dog food video! FellowWikiNews (W) 01:00, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

how is this turning the joke arround?[edit]

Quote

Stronach was in Montreal on Thursday for an international conference on global poverty and turned the joke back on Klein. "Ralph should put his money where his mouth is and buy a whole bunch of bednets to save kids from malaria in Africa."

That sounds more like cry why won't politicians stop making fun of me/ I have no good response, then any sort of turn arround. Where did Klien ever say anything relating to Africans dieing from malaria. Sure pretty much everyone thinks that people dieing is bad, but I don't remember him ever mentioning the subject. Stronach defended herself by saying: "Ralph should put his money where his mouth is." FellowWikiNews (W) 01:04, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
But his mouth wasn't in Africa (Unless I misssed something). Bawolff 23:23, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I changed it to "Stronach was in Montreal on Thursday for an international conference on global poverty and defended herself." —FellowWikiNews (W) 01:24, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
