PM Links? (Title)[edit]

The Australian article states "Citing cannabis use as a big contributor to mental illness, the Prime Minister said tackling drug abuse would be a major plank of the new strategy."... I'll try and find a direct quote. - Borofkin 03:04, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
