The version of the article that I just corrected failed the test of 'neutral point of view'. The title does as well - a better title would be 'Australian treasurer claims opposition leader has no interest in economic policy'. The difference between this title and the one given to this page underline the NPOV issues. I leave it to someone else to correct the title. Greg Walkerden. :I'm not too sure that it isn't neutral. The fact of the matter is that Rudd did make a mistake on current tax policY. I am happy for the article to be renamed so long as it captures the essence of the article - Cartman02au (Talk)(AU Portal) 00:16, 20 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Actually after reading the edits, I see where you are coming from - Cartman02au (Talk)(AU Portal) 00:18, 20 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Speaking of NPOV, "In fact, Australia's top taxation rate begins at $150,000" reads too eager to contradict. The upper bracket this year is $150,000, but next year it increases to $180,000. Perhaps just provide a link to WP's Tax Bracket page, section "Tax brackets in Australia". (I won't even attempt the link.) It lets the reader decide the degree of Rudd's "blunder", rather than the article seeming to agree with Costello.
