Talk:Ayman al-Zawahiri warns: Israel will "pay the price" for attacking muslims
The title is way too long. "Ayman al-Zawahiri warns Israel in new video." would be sufficient. --82.141.50.133 16:38, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- "warns" sort of implies there is some specific threat as opposed to what is reported, generally some posturing and rhetoric. It does need to be shorter though. How about "Ayman al-Zawahiri video includes call to arms against Israel"? :-) --Brian McNeil / talk 21:11, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
In new video, Ayman al-Zawahiri warns that Israel will "pay the price" for attacking muslims, calls for holy war
calls for holy war - not news considering the source
In new video - essential? Usually al qaeda statements are made by tape or on video.
How about

title length[edit]
please try to retain short titles. in this case, Zawahiri's first name is not headline matter. he's been calling for holy war for more than a decade, i think, and this is not new news. unless the words "pay a price" is believed to be significant (and this significance is explained in the article), it too can be left out. - None of what he's said is new news. It's repetition i.e. propaganda. I can justify this article on the fact that it shows Zawahiri has not yet met the underside of a daisycutter. Ealturner 10:42, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
