Problems on translation:

• The title - I had problems making a good one, so I copied from the portuguese article. There, it made sense saying he was brazilian. Here, it may not.
• General spelling of everything
• "tenente coronel" don't know how to translate
• "He got in charge of the mission" not acurate to the original text in portuguese
• "investigating the circunstances of the subject" very inacurate to the initial text
• there was a more text in the original version.
• Can we use Wikinews here as a source?
