A lot to go over here, mostly recordings and images. I just needed to get something started. Feel free to edit into a better "form." I will add the direct quote from Pano when I am not so tired, likely tonight. I am tired so sorry if it ooks a little off :) Jason Safoutin 17:59, 14 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

As bad as one of his quotes sounds, he is Greek. And thats how it came out of his mouth :) I have it all on tape and I still have about 2 more houres to go through. Jason Safoutin 19:33, 14 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Local Only Category

[edit]

I will include this category as this type of article is what the category is made for,I think. Neutralizer 20:54, 14 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

All stories belong on the front page. Jason Safoutin 20:12, 15 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Does the category inclusion prevent front page exposure? I don't think so. Please verify. Neutralizer 22:48, 15 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

MessedRocker for helping with the petition image and Chiacomo, providing me with his own research of buffalo city codes. Thanks guys :) Jason Safoutin 01:35, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

This is local news, not of global interest

[edit]

With a stretch this may be interesting for US national news, but not for the main English Wikinews site, which is read by many people worldwide. I believe this type of report would be better suited for a local audience only. I am writing this because articles about this Buffalo, N.Y. hotel keep appearing.

I put a local news category on it again. The admins said that category would NOT cause the article to be removed from the front page. Neutralizer 23:15, 17 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

The article says 'in in' in a quote. Either the quote is correct and [sic] should be added; or the quote is incorrect and one 'in' should be removed. Van der Hoorn (talk) 21:09, 25 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
