That's crazy talk. "Free trade has to be fair trade"? Since when has the US administration been interested in fair trade? How about instead of setting quotas, work toward an international minimum wage and conditions, such that developing countries could still be competitive, companies in developed countries wouldnt be put under quite as severe pressue, and workers wouldnt be completely exploited.
