Add topicI expanded the dateline to indicate that this accident happened in Fuxin, which is a city northwest of Shenyang. Shenyang is roughly in the center of Liaoning province, while Fuxin is close to the northwest border of the province.
Hopefully there will be a less tragic story to report in which we can use some of the pictures I shot during my last visit to Shenyang, as it is a colorful city.
