I thought that links to the State Environmental Protection Administration homepage and to the Tsinghua University Department of Environmental Science and Engineering might be useful to assess the meaning of statements from those sources by those not familiar with them. For this purpose is the external link section not appropriate, given that they are links to pages outside of the Wiki projects? The link to the previous story in a newly added Related News section has been made, that is the convention? Opalus 20:27, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
