My god, this isnt a hoax (not that Ronline is the type to write hoaxes). A quick search on google shows that anti-hail missiles really do exist. Who woulda thunk it, ey? ~The bellman | Smile 12:18, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Perhaps we oughta make a wikipedia entry for it, so people'll believe it and have a some background info. I don't think there's much objection this article be included in Wackynews? -- Redge (Talk) 12:35, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Aren't there any anti-hail missiles in Australia!? There was a big hail storm over there a few years ago! In Sydney! But yeah, you're right, it does sound strange at first, so it's a good candidate for Wackynews, I suppose. Although it is a pretty serious problem... the government supposedly considers a big enough threat that it's willing to spend 3 million euro on it and fire these odd missiles in the skies. And there should be a Wikipedia article on it, though I have no idea how they work. Cheers, Ronline 13:13, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC) (And you thought I was making a hoax! It would've been better to have this on April Fools Day as the lead article, with a picture of a real missile ;)

Good![edit]

I wish I would have found this story. I was sure it was a prank. Who would spend millions of dollars fighting HAIL?!? It must be a serious problem! In USA elBushko would call it the War on Hail ;-)) --HiFlyer 17:31, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Prahova county is North of Bucharest, not West.
