Suboptimal name

"Joschka Fischer" is surely a better phrase than "German Minister for Foreign Affairs" in the title: briefer and to most readers, more significant (more people know the name than what post he holds). I suggest that anyone logged in moves this page. --- Charles Stewart 26 Apr 2005
