Talk:Gorbachev warns against rapid globalization

This article lacks substance. After reading it (which didn't take long), I have no idea what the result of Gorbachez's speech is. Was anyone who will do something listening, and announce some action as a result of hearing Gorbachez? Did he himself make any commitments? This article should not have been published.
