I've said it before and I'll say it again. People who carry out DDoS attacks are not hackers, and should not be labelled as such. DoS attacks are created by spreading malicious code to a group of computers and directing them against a target, among script-kiddie DoSers there is no hacking involved. 69.128.161.186 12:34, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
- In mine, and many others, POV hacking means causing damages to a machine on purpose. Computerjoe 14:44, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
- I've never hard the phrase "POV hacking". Also, no "damage" has been caused to any machine. The only damage is to users, who have been unable to visit the site. "DDoS attack" is the right term. 81.231.137.101 17:09, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
- LOL. I didn't mean POV hacking I meant in mine, and many other, point-of-view. Computerjoe 17:35, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
