Regarding User:Tomos's edit summary (...existing article... what should we do...). I don't see anything wrong with multiple articles on the Delta 4.

I wrote the other Delta 4 article (Delta 4 Heavy rocket poised for maiden launch) and intended to link it up on the eve of each scheduled launch. I'll plan on removing the links (in the technology section etc... after launch). Hopefully this article will be ready to supplant the first one soon. (looks like it will).

I rewrote entire article using the three references quoted on the page, needs to be duly edited of course though.
