Self-sabotage ?[edit]
I am suspicious that IDG wanted to cancel the East Coast shows all along since they are less profitable, but didn't want to face the criticism it would have generated, so they intentionally sabotaged it by moving it out of New York, knowing this would cause Apple to pull out. This, in turn, would make the cancellation easier to justify. I can't see any other explanation for why IDG would move out of New York. Anyone have any info on this angle ?
