Talk:Italian Judges allow marriage "by phone"

I think several facts are wrongly summarized and the article itself is a misnomer. The court's ruling as the article states was that marriages should be recognized given their legitimacy under a foreign country's legislation. Furthermore, I doubt it can be concluded that marriages conducted on the phone are from now on admissible under Italian law. --161.116.83.135 16:57, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
