I visited the Kwik-E-Mart / 7-Eleven store in Los Angeles on July 15, 2007 around 6pm local time. I interviewed three people: William, who was standing in line (I observed him getting in line), Sharla, who had just exited the store after a visit, and the security guard in front of the store.
