The ban on SSM is constitutional, because both SSM and civil unions are unconstitutional when their secular impact on socioeconomic rights of the sexes is scrutinized. I am the author of these articles.

Please subsitute File:800px-US SSM Laws.png (deleted as "scaled down duplicate") with File:US SSM Laws.png or even better File:Samesex marriage in USA.svg which is up to date! Thanks Axpde (talk) 06:38, 22 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
