I agree with Emperor NortonXXIII's change from 23:16, 30 June 2007 > "Manual ..." moved to "Bush Admin manual ...". It makes more clear that this is a 'White House' or 'Bush Admin' manual. It's not too long, indeed. -- Alexandr Snajdar 05:29, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
