Name[edit]

I changed it from Baltimore County school close-mouthed on police incident" to "Maryland, US school close-mouthed on police incident". I think the latter does not assume knowlage[sp] of the region, which is better for the global audience. Unfortunatly it is less specific, but that can be explained in the article.
