Talk:New Kyrgyz election scheduled after lightning coup

Just pointing out that so far most of the information covered here except for the bit about the interior minister has been covered in Multiple parliaments meet in Kyrgyzstan, legitimacy uncertain already. Might be best to grab the bit at the end about counter-revolutionary actions and combine it with the new developments. - VF 05:08, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Actually, I think I'll edit some of the redundant info out of the other article after you're done with this. - VF 06:19, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
I just noticed... interesting. I'll leave you to it. We have a *lot* of articles about the subject; maybe this is one too many. We need a separate mini-category for it. Sj 06:55, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
And you should add a 'see also' section if you want to keep this article:
==See also== {{wikipediapar|Kyrgyz parliamentary elections, 2005}} *{{Wikinews|title=Police, militia confront looters in Bishkek, leaders say city now calm |date=March 26, 2005}} *{{Wikinews|title=Five dead, over 200 injured as looting continues in Bishkek |date=March 25, 2005}} *{{Wikinews|title=Akayev flees Kyrgyzstan as protesters seize control of Bishkek |date=March 24, 2005}} *{{Wikinews|title=New Kyrgz interior minister says force may be used, riot police clash with protesters in Bishkek |date=March 23, 2005}} *{{Wikinews|title=Kyrgyz government declares elections valid, refuses to declare state of emergency as opposition cements control of the south |date=March 23, 2005}} *{{Wikinews|title=Kyrgyz president orders election probe as protesters seize control of second city |date=March 22, 2005}} *{{Wikinews|title=Violent protests break out in Kyrgyzstan over allegedly rigged parliamentary elections |date=March 21, 2005}}
- Already did that. And this article fits well with the others in its current state, though creating a seperate category for them sounds like a good idea. Not sure how to go about doing that, though.. - VF 07:09, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- (It's still a little redundant because the previous article mentions that the elections were declared, but that fits in so well that I don't want to remove it.) - VF 07:23, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
