The title of the article makes it seem like there's some sort of disagreement here between opposition and government MPs, while according to the National Post article it's the "It's purely a security issue from what I know of the file," said Pellerin, who returned with a group of former military officers, including Lewis MacKenzie, last week from Afghanistan. "The chief (Hillier) has not given the green light for the visit."

It's the Chief of the Defence Staff of the Canadian Forces who's holding her up, not Harper? Might want to change the title...?

When I read the title I think that the opposition MP's are saying that she should go to Afghanistan. Not that the opposition is blaming it on Harper. —FellowWikiNews (W) 01:10, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. I've changed the opening sentence to "Opposition MPs are calling on General Rick Hillier, chief of the Defence Staff of the Canadian Forces, to allow Governor General Michaelle Jean visit Kandahar, Afghanistan". —FellowWikiNews (W) 01:15, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I suppose I just read the other articles this sources as saying that EVERYONE says she should go visit the troops in Afghanistan. Just that Hillier isn't ready for her yet =P Whatever though *shrug*
